Dr. Joyce is the founder and president of Higher Education Alliance Firm which is a full service higher education consulting firm. She received her doctorate in Higher Education Administration from the University of South Florida and specializes in academic planning, program development, system-wide change management, strategic alliances, new academic program development, organizational development, and distance learning.

SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Dr. White served as a fully-released district mentor and professional development specialist for new teachers. When she encountered the struggles that new teachers faced on a daily basis, she decided to pursue her doctoral degree in Leadership and Educational Administration from the University of Florida. Due to her background and training in supporting novice teachers, she decided to focus her research on the perspectives of new teachers and the types of assistance that they find most valuable. The work of her dissertation was conducted in the hopes that more good teachers will remain in the classroom.
